Tucked into a street corner in Tateishi, Katsushika Ward, Sukaaretto draws midday diners who often go straight for the house-specialty daily set meal (teishoku). The tray arrives laden with substantial portions across three core proteins: meat, fish, and egg. One day might bring a thick pork steak (tonteki) accompanied by tuna sashimi, rolled omelet, a fresh bowl of rice, and miso soup—a packed tray with barely any empty space left. It is satisfying, unpretentious cooking that makes clearing your plate easy.
